Barclais CPA is an independent Certified Public Accounting firm founded in 2006 by Sidney Barclais. The firm is focused on the Middle-Market and is based in Miami.
Our firm offers audit, accounting, tax and transactions services for American subsidiaries of European Groups. In addition to traditional audit, accounting and tax services, Barclais CPA has developed a specific expertise in advisory services for European investors who are considering an acquisition of a US target, through stock or asset deals. Our extensive experience in both the United States and France makes our services particularly suitable for French investors.

Responsibilities
- Preparation of various corporate income tax returns for American subsidiaries of foreign groups at the Federal, State and Local level
- Preparation of sales tax returns for various states
- Preparation of other tax filings (forms 1099s, forms 1042s...)
- Preparation of current and deferred tax provisions under US GAAP and IFRS
Requirements
- At least 2 years of prior public accounting experience
- Master in Taxation, Audit or Accounting
- Excellent analytical skills
- CPA Candidate a plus
Auditors - Miami Office: +
Responsibilities
- Performance of various financial statements review and audit assignments for American subsidiaries of foreign groups
- Preparation of audit deliverables for the group auditors under US GAAP or IFRS
- Preparation of financial statements under US GAAP or IFRS
Requirements
